Can I Rent the Furniture?

No — we don’t offer rental on our serviced accommodation furniture packages, as the furniture is purchased new for your property. However, to make it more affordable, you can spread the cost using our flexible finance options.

What is Included in the Package?

- Furniture-only packages (beds, wardrobes, sofas, dining sets, desks, etc.)

Do You Offer Finance?

Yes — we work with trusted finance partners so you can spread the cost of your furniture package. As a guide, repayments are approximately £42 + VAT per month for every £1,000 borrowed, making it easy to stage your serviced accommodation without large upfront costs.

How Do I Get A Quote?

Getting a quote is simple. Just send us your property images or a list of what you require, and our team will create a custom serviced accommodation staging quote designed to maximise your property’s appeal, bookings, and profitability.

Do You Offer a Guarantee on the Furniture?

Your furniture is guaranteed for up to 3 years after delivery against any defects in materials or workmanship (allowing for fair wear and tear). Not including product misuse. In the unlikely event of such a defect occurring we will repair your furniture free of charge. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected.

Can I Get a Discount if I Need More than One Property Furnished?

Yes — if you need multiple serviced accommodation properties furnished, we can offer discounts, especially when the apartments or houses are furnished at the same time or located within the same block. By applying economies of scale, we help you reduce costs while still delivering our award-winning staging service.

Do You Furnish Blocks of Apartments?

Absolutely. We specialise in furnishing blocks of serviced accommodation apartments and have the team and logistics to handle large-scale projects efficiently. The largest block we’ve staged so far was 170 apartments in a single development, which our team completed in just 10 days.
