How does the process work?

Our process is really straight forward!
1.⁠ ⁠Send us photographs or a floorplan of your property
2.⁠ ⁠We will send you your quote
3.⁠ ⁠On acceptance we book in a date for your installation & take full payment
4.⁠ ⁠On our agreed date, we install within 24 hours
5.⁠ ⁠You will receive your edited photographs within 48 hours. (in certain packages)
 

How much does home staging cost?

Costs vary depending on the size of the property and the level of staging required. We offer packages starting from £1,500 + VAT, and we’ll always provide a custom quote after we receive images or floorplans of your property.

How quickly can you stage my property?

We typically stage homes within 7–10 working days of  agreement, depending on availability. If you need a quicker turnaround, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent timelines.

 

Can I rent the furniture?

We only offer furniture rental in our “Staging for Sale” package. We can offer furniture ‘leasing’ for Serviced Accommodation, HMO or BTL as this is done via one of our finance partners. Our standard furniture rental term is 4 weeks, with options to extend on a monthly basis if your home remains on the market longer.
 

What areas do you cover?

We offer nationwide coverage and work with trusted staging partners across most areas of the UK. If we’re not available in your location, we’ll happily recommend a vetted local stager from our network who meets our high standards.

Do you offer finance?

We work with a finance partner who search the whole of the market for the best rate (roughly £42 + VAT per month for each £1200 borrowed). It’s great for spreading the cost of the installation & it’s 100% tax deductible.

How do I get a quote?

Simply fill out our contact form or give us a call to discuss your needs. We'll assess your space, provide a quote, and schedule your staging at a time that works for you.

Can I do this cheaper myself?

Our quote includes us providing everything to you at cost and then we add our fee. You would find it difficult to personally buy everything you need at the same cost & particularly quality. We manufacture the majority of our own furniture & pass this saving to you.

 

Plus if you factor in your own time, it can take up to two weeks to furnish a property. We complete an installation within 24 hours

Do you provide a guarantee on the furniture?

UP TO 3 YEARS MANUFACTURERS GUARANTEE

 

Your furniture is guaranteed for up to 3 years after delivery against any defects in materials or workmanship (allowing for fair wear and tear). Not including product misuse. In the unlikely event of such a defect occurring we will repair your furniture free of charge. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected.
