ThePropertyStagers offers a property staging solution to property investors/landlords/estate agents after Liv’s own experience of the market.

When Liv’s mother Ali struggled to sell her investment property after three months on the market, a then seventeen year old Liv had an epiphany;

“We knew about staging (the art of giving your home a ‘show home’ look to achieve a quick sale) as a concept and decided to engage a staging service. However, we couldn’t find anyone who offered this service at an affordable price – so I decided to do it myself.

In three days it sold above the valuation, selling the furniture to boot with a nice healthy profit… and so ThePropertyStagers was born!” explains Liv.

Offering staging services & furniture packages throughout the UK for landlords, developers, estate agents & property investors ThePropertyStagers and their team of 30, now manufacture & furnish around 400 properties per year.

Liv’s mum, Ali, and brother, Jack, have now joined the business. The unstoppable team are fast accruing a mantle full of business awards nationally and internationally, including the Legacy Education Alliance National Best Product Award and 5 times award winners of The UK’s Furniture Pack Supplier & Staging Company 2017-2021.
